Our maiden £92m fund, Aliter Capital I, closed 21 transactions between 2017-2022. The businesses in Fund I achieved impressive growth with combined revenues up by 570% and EBITDA up 590%, while the number of people employed by these businesses grew by 348%. Outstanding returns were also delivered for owner managers and investors.

Our current fund, Aliter Capital II was launched in 2022, putting £134m at our disposal for equity investments in UK support services companies.
We are also closely supported by our investors, to provide further equity for larger transactions. To date, our total funds under management amount to £242m.
