We have a business model that works and delivers for both investors and the companies we invest in.
WHAT WE INVEST IN
Operating in the UK business services sector
Predominantly B2B customer base
Good national or regional presence
Strong element of recurring or repeat work, or the ability to create this
Servicing large, fragmented, resilient markets
Typically, EBITDA of £1m-£5m, with an ability to invest in larger businesses
